Qualification Standards For CISF Constable Tradesmen
For skilled trades, matriculation or its equivalent from a recognised board is required by the deadline for receiving online application forms. (for example, a barber, a boot maker or cobbler, a tailor, a cook, a mason, a mali, a painter, a plumber, a washer man, and a welder). Personnel with Industrial Training Institute training will be preferred.
For unskilled trades, matriculation or its equivalent from a recognised board on or before the deadline for receiving online application forms (i.e. Sweeper).
(Educational certificates issued by boards other than the State or Central should be accompanied by notifications from the Government of India stating that the certificate is equivalent to a Matriculation or 10th-grade diploma for employment with the Central Government.)
