Citizencredit Bank Training Period And Emoluments

Probationary Officer	Probationary Associate
On appointmentTraining will be for a minimum period of 24 months.Emoluments – First six months Rs. 30,000/- p.m., Next six months Rs.35,000/- p.m. Thereafter, will be fitted in the scale of Officer cadre with CTC of Rs. 5,59,000/-p.a.(approx)On successful completion of training and subject to performance, they will be confirmedand absorbed in the Officer cadre with CTC of Rs. 6,55,000/- p.a. (approx) at current levelsof D.A.As employees they will be posted at any place in India.	On appointmentTraining will be for a minimum period of 12 months.Emoluments During training Rs. 20,000/- p.m.As employees they will be posted at any place in India.

CCBL Recruitment Online Educational Qualification

Graduates in any discipline with at least 70% marks are eligible for CCBL Probationary Officer positions. or

those with a postgraduate degree or

Those with Professional Qualifications from a Recognized Board / University / Institution, such as CA, CS, ICWA, CFA, MBA, LLM, MTech, etc.

Possessing a talent for Customer Service, Sales/Marketing, and Business Development.

Probationary Associates: Graduates in any discipline with at least 60% marks from a Recognized Board / University / Institution.

Reading, writing, and speaking skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English are required.
