Agricultural Research Officer (Agriculture Chemistry) Requirements for Education
– IInd Class M.Sc. Soil Science, IInd Class M.Sc. (Agri.) Chemistry, or IInd Class M.Sc. Chemistry of an Indian university constituted by law.
Agriculture Research Officer (Agronomy): Second Class M.Sc. (Agri. ), with agronomy, from an Indian university that was established by law.
Agriculture Research Officer (Entomology): Second Class M.Sc. (Agri.) with Entomology or Second Class M.Sc. (Zoology) with Specialization in Entomology from an Indian university established by law
The following qualifications are required for the position of Agriculture Research Officer (Plant Pathology): Second Class M.Sc. (Botany) with Specialization in Plant Pathology or Second Class M.Sc. (Agri.) in Plant Pathology from a university recognised by law in India.
Agriculture Research Officer (Horticulture): A second-class M.Sc. (Agri) with a focus on horticulture from an Indian university that was founded by law.
Assistant Research Officer for Agriculture
Second Class M.Sc. (Agri.) in Agronomy from an Indian University Created by Law.
Assistant Agriculture Research Officer in Horticulture: Second Class M.Sc. in Agriculture with Horticulture from an Indian university that was established by law.
The following qualifications are required for the position of Assistant Agriculture Research Officer (Entomology): Second Class M.Sc. (Agri.) with Entomology or Second Class M.Sc. (Zoology) with Specialization in Entomology from a university recognised by law in India.
Assistant Agriculture Research Officer (Botany): Second Class M.Sc. (Agri.) Botany or Second Class M.Sc. (Ag.) in Plant Breeding from an institution of higher learning recognised by Indian law.
Assistant Agriculture Research Officers (Plant Pathologists) must have a second-class M.Sc. (Ag.) in Plant Pathology or a second-class M.Sc. (Botany) with a focus in Plant Pathology from a university recognised by Indian law.
